浅谈公共图书馆的视障读者服务--以济南市图书馆为例

The visually impaired people is a special group that can not be ignored in China, in today’s cultural prosperity, how to enrich the cultural life of this group is very important. The public library, as a reserve place for public spiritual sustenance, has obligations and responsibilities for serving the visually impaired people. This paper introduces the definition and current status of the visually impaired people, expounds the situation of Ji’nan Library’s service for the visually impaired readers, and puts forward some measures for the public library to further improve the service for the visually impaired readers.%视障人群在我国是一个不容忽视的特殊群体，在文化繁荣的今天，如何丰富这一群体的文娱生活非常重要。公共图书馆作为大众精神食粮的储备场所，对视障人士同样也负有服务的责任与义务。介绍了视障人士的定义及其现状，阐述了济南市图书馆为视障群体提供服务的情况，提出了公共图书馆进一步改善视障读者服务的措施。
