集团公司财务ERP实施研究

摘要

The management ideas and systems on ERP have existed for more than twenty years from the emergence to operation in China, and many businesses have tried the ERP system, however, some succeeded, some failed. Through the research on the operation of the financial ERP system in one group Corporation, this paper summarizes some successful experiences and previous failures during the process of ERP operation, so as to provide some guidance＇s to other industries, which plan to operate financial ERP.%ERP①的管理思想与管理系统在我国从兴起到实施已有二十余年,很多企业先后上马了ERP系统,成功与失败各半。本文通过研究集团公司实施财务ERP系统的过程,剖析了ERP实施中的步骤方法,归纳了集团公司实施ERP过程中的经验和教训,以期对拟实施财务ERP的行业起到借鉴作用。
