企业软件保护策略的分析与构建

摘要

According to the current laws and rules of our nation and the usual practice of enterprise circles, we can deliver a introduction and inter- pretation concerning the average methods and measures of software protection of enterprise. Then we make a comparison and analysis about these methods and measures from different perspectives, so that a comprehensive and efficient strategy of software protection of enterprise can be estab- lished appropriately through the approach which is from optimum scheme to additional scheme.%结合我国现行法律法规等规定和实务界的一般做法，通过对企业软件保护常用方法与措施的分类介绍与说明，并在此基础上对其进行不同角度的比较分析，然后遵循从优选方案到补充方案的路径，灵活、综合地构建全面、有效的企业软件保护策略。
