福建实施创新驱动发展战略的基础与路径研究

实施创新驱动发展战略是福建实现可持续发展的必然选择.深层次把脉福建实施创新驱动发展战略的基础与薄弱环节,以"五大发展理念"为导向,研究提出了全面聚焦区域创新体系结构与层次需求、完善科技创新供给侧结构、构建现代产业绿色技术链、提升区域内外创新资源共享水平和推进福建战略转型等五个重要路径.%It is the inevitable choice of economic sustainable development through the innovation-driven development strategy.It grasps the basis and weaknesses of the scientific and technological innovation in Fujian.The paper put forward five count route with "the five concepts": focusing the structure and requirement of the area innovation system ,perfecting the structure of the scientific and technological innovation side supply, building the green technique chains of the modern industrial, promoting the level of the sharing of the area innovation resource internal and external, promoting strategy transition in Fujian.
