碰摩转子系统滑动轴承底座的有限元分析

             

摘要

In order to avoid resonance of the base bearing, reynolds equation was used to simplify the analytical expression of the nonlinear oil film force between the rotor and the stator, and to simplify the model under the condition of rub power state. FEM software was used to impose non-linear complex loads on the bearing. Through modal analysis and the corresponding harmonic analysis, the largest value of vibration mode region was obtained. The resonant frequency was analyzed and the relationship between the working frequency and operating frequency of rubimpact force under rubbing forces and the oil whirl under the condition of non-rubbing was obtained, which provides a theory foundation of bearing system to be stability%为了避免轴承底座产生共振,采用Reynolds简化方程求出转子和定子间的非线性油膜力解析表达式,并对碰摩状态下碰摩力模型作出简化.运用有限元软件对轴承施加非线性复杂载荷,进行模态分析和谐响应分析,找到振型最大区域中的一点,分析其共振频率及在碰摩力状态下碰摩力以及非碰摩状态下油膜涡动的工作频率和临界频率之间的关系,为分析轴承系统稳定工作提供理论基础.
