环境污染问题已经成为制约区域经济发展的重要瓶颈,山东省作为中国经济大省要想实现经济的可持续发展,必须关注经济增长同时保护环境质量；环境库兹涅茨曲线表现了环境质量伴随经济增长的变化关系,通过收集山东省1981-2009年三废排放与人均GDP的相关数据,运用回归分析得出了各种环境污染物与经济增长的关系,为山东省有针对性地制定环境保护政策提供了理论指导.%Recently, the problem of environmental pollution has become the main obstacle that restricts the regional economic development. Shandong is an economically strong province of China. If we want to achieve the sustainable economic development, the government of Shandong must pay attention to the relationship between economic growth and environmental protection. The Environmental Kuznets Curve Hypothesis describes the relationship between economy development and environmental protection, so this paper collects the GDP per capita and three types of waste emissions of 1981-2009 in Shandong province related data , Then the relationship between the economic growth and various pollutants by using regression analysis method is founded, so as to provide the government with theoretical guidance for formulating environmental protection policies.
