大焓降汽轮机静叶栅气动性能实验研究

     

摘要

在环形叶栅风洞上,对亚临界600 MW汽轮机中间级大焓降静叶栅进行了吹风试验.对三个冲角条件下叶栅流道内气流参数进行了详细测量.结果表明,该大焓降静叶叶片负荷沿叶高变化,同时采用了叶片弯曲设计,能够满足汽轮机叶栅的高负荷要求;并可以有效抑制边界层低能流体的积聚甚至分离.大焓降静叶在叶展中部为前加载叶型,可以承担较高负荷.叶片两端采用后部加载叶型,结合叶片正弯降低了端区的气动负荷,显著降低了端壁区域的叶栅损失.研究的大焓降叶栅具有良好的冲角适应性.%In low-speed ring cascade wind tunnel,the aerodynamic test on the large enthalpy drop stator in the middle stage of sub-critical 600 MW steam turbine was tried on.Under three incidence,the flow parameters in cascade channel is measured in detail.The results showed that,to meet the requirements of high load conditions,the combination of highly variable load and blade bending along span wise,can control the accumulation of boundary layer,transition and separation.Front loaded blade profile was applied in the main passage area,so that it can take high load.After loaded blade profile applied to the end wall and the positive bending blade that further reduced aerodynamic load,thus reduce end wall blade loss.The large enthalpy drop cascade in this paper has a good adaptability of incidence.
