考虑磁饱和的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统设计

     

摘要

on considering magnetic saturation has impact on the parameter of quadrature axis inductance which belongs to interior permanent magnet synchronous motors. A control strategy considering stationary current amplitude and max torque in direct torque control system for magnetic saturation interior permanent magnet synchronous motors are proposed. The impact of that magnetic saturation has impact on the parameter of interior permanent magnet synchronous motors is mainly because cross- axis current changes results in the parameter of cross- axis inductance changing under the status of magnetic saturation. An assumption with respect to the relationship between cross- axis inductance and cross- axis current are maken. Through mathematical analysis of considering or neglecting magnetic saturation for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors, experimental comparison proved the correctness of this relationship. An effective and accurate control strategy provides a basis for further study of the control strategy for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors are put forward.%从磁饱和对内置式永磁同步电机交轴电感参数的影响这一方面,提出了一种考虑磁饱和的内置式永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统中的电流幅值一定转矩最大的控制策略.磁饱和对内置式永磁同步电机参数的影响主要是由磁饱和状态下交轴电流引起交轴电感参数的变化.对交轴电感、交轴电流之间的关系作出假设,通过对考虑与忽略磁饱和内置式永磁同步电机进行数学分析、实验对比证明了此关系式的正确性进而提出了一种有效地精确的控制策略,为内置式永磁同步电机的控制策略的进一步研究提供了依据.
