交直流叠加电压下水分对纸板击穿特性的影响

     

摘要

交流和直流相互重叠以后,水分对纸板的击穿性能会带来严重影响;为对其进行研究,制备油纸样品,并对其含水量进行测定.对电极系统进行设计,对电源原理进行阐述;并得出击穿实验的操作流程.通过对不同含水量样品施加不同分量的交直流电压,得出交流分量和水分含水不同时,对纸板的击穿特性带来的影响.结果表明:交流比例为28%,纸样总体的击穿电压较仅直流电压存在时小幅度增加;交流比例为95%纸样击穿电压值最低;交流比例愈高,相应的击穿电压降低幅值也会愈大.随含水量加大,纸样击穿电压先升高,到达最大后减小;并最终保持平稳,最大值会随交流比例的加大朝水量较多的方向转移;交流比例愈小,击穿电压随含水量下降愈多.%After AC and DC overlap each other,water will bring the serious influence on breakdown performance of the board.To study it, oil paper samples are prepared and the moisture content is determined.Carrying on the design to the electrode system and the elaboration to the principle of power and the process experimental of attack is got.The different components of the AC and DC voltage were applied to different moisture content,the influence of the AC component and the moisture content are drown to breakdown characteristics of cardboard.The result shows that when the exchange ratio is 28%, the pattern of the overall breakdown voltage small amplitude increase when there is only DC voltage presence.When the exchange ratio is 95%,the breakdown voltage value of pattern is the minimum.The higher of exchange rate,the bigger of the amplitude of corresponding breakdown voltage decrease.With the increase of moisture content,pattern strike breakdown voltage increased first,when it arrives at the maximum,then decreases,and ultimately remained stable.The maximum value will transfer towards the large quantity of water with the AC proportion increase.The smaller of exchange ratio,the more decreased of breakdown voltage with the function of moisture content.
