多片离合器对偶钢片平均温度场等效计算模型

         

摘要

针对多片离合器滑摩过程,研究了摩擦元件不同接触比对钢片温度场的影响。建立了有限厚钢片在移动热流输入作用下的温度场模型。采用有限元方法求解,得到钢片温度场及平均温度变化过程。提出一个等效全接触模型,用于计算钢片的平均温度,得到了厚度方向上温度场的解析解。结合有限元方法和等效全接触模型,研究了钢片厚度和相对滑摩转速对平均温度的影响。结果表明:等效全接触模型能够很好地计算不同接触比条件下的钢片平均温度;当钢片厚度较小时,平均温度会急剧升高;而当钢片厚度较大时,厚度变化对平均温度的影响很小;钢片平均温度随滑摩转速升高而线性升高。%Temperature field in the separator disc with different contact ratio between the friction components is studied with finite element method. In this problem of moving heat input, finite thickness of the separator disc is taken into account. An equivalent full-contact model is proposed to calculate the average disc temperature. With this full-contact model, the influencesof disc thickness and relative rotation speed on the average temperature are analyzed . The results show that the full-contact model can predict the average temperature of the separator disc with different contact ratio perfectly. The average temperature risesgreatly if the disc is thin, but it’ s scarcely influenced by the thickness when the disc is thick. The average temperature of the separator disc increases linearly with the in-creasing of rotation speed.
