蒸汽辅助重力泄油蒸汽腔前缘传热模型研究

     

摘要

Steam assisted gravity drainage ( SAGD) is a kind of effective means for the development of heavy oil reservoir , heat transfer on the front of the steam chamber is one of the important factors for the SAGD development . Although there have be many SAGD transfer models , but there is not system analysis and study on the form and function of convection in the SAGD process .Different SAGD heat transfer models are established and solved , fully considering the conduction and convection .An actual reservoir block is selected as the study object , analyzing the different temperature distribution before steam chamber , what’s more, studying the influence of the relative perme-ability of water phase on the convection .The results show that conduction and convection exist in the process of SAGD at the same time , the convection is the main heat transfer way near the steam chamber , with the increase of the water relative permeability , the convection is more obvious .%蒸汽辅助重力泄油( SAGD)是开发稠油油藏的一种有效手段,蒸汽腔前缘的传热是决定SAGD开发效果的重要因素。虽然SAGD的传热模型很多,但是基本没有对热对流的存在形式与作用进行系统研究。充分考虑了热传导和不同的热对流作用,建立并求解了不同的SAGD传热模型。选取实际的油藏区块为研究对象,分析了不同传热作用对蒸汽腔前缘温度分布的影响,同时也分析了水的相对渗透率对热对流的影响。结果表明:SAGD过程中热传导与热对流同时存在,蒸汽腔附近热对流是主要的传热方式,水的相对渗透率越大,热对流作用越明显。
