搅拌速度对胶乳共沉法制备橡胶/炭黑复合材料性能的影响

         

摘要

研究了搅拌速度对胶乳共沉法制备NR/CB复合材料过程中橡胶(NR)与炭黑(CB)的吸附共沉行为及NR/CB复合材料性能的影响.研究结果表明:搅拌速度可显著影响橡胶与炭黑的交替吸附共沉行为,而交替吸附共沉行为对胶乳共沉法制备复合材料的炭黑分散性有重要影响.用3 000 r/min的搅拌速度可获得最好的交替吸附共沉行为效果,从而获得最好的炭黑在复合材料中的分散.3 000 r/min搅拌速度胶乳共沉法制备NR/CB复合材料的△G '最小,且具有最小的粒子间相互作用程度,最高的填料和橡胶之间相互作用程度、最高的物理交联程度以及最快的填料网络重组速度,所以该复合材料具有最高的100%、300%定伸应力.%Either the influence of agitation speed on properties of NR/CB composite prepared by latex coprecipitation method or adsorption and co-precipitation behavior by rubber (NR) with carbon black (CB) were studied.The results show that:the agitation speed can significandy affect the alternating adsorption and coprecipitation behavior of rubber with carbon black.And this behavior is very important to carbon black dispersion in preparation process of NR/CB composite by latex co-precipitation method.When the agitation speed reaches 3 000 r/min,the alternating adsorption and co-precipitation behavior get the best result,thereby the dispersion of carbon black is better.For the properties of minimal △G',the smallest extent of interaction between particles,the highest degree of interaction between filler and rubber,the highest physical cross-linking degree and the fastest speed of filler network restructuring,there is the highest stress at 100% or 300% in NR/CB composite which prepared by latex co-precipitation method with 3 000 r/min agitation speed.
