弃风限电对中国风力发电环境效益的影响——以呼和浩特为例

         

摘要

通过清单分析,对风电场的生命周期能源需求及温室气体(GHG)排放进行了研究.在此基础上,根据内蒙古呼和浩特某风电场的风速及弃风数据,对风电场上网电量进行了模拟计算;并对比了弃风与不弃风情景下风电的能源回报比与GHG排放强度.结果表明:风电机组生产阶段对能源需求及温室气体排放贡献最大;弃置阶段因材料回收,有一定节能减排效果.在内蒙古,风电的GHG排放强度不到火电的1%.对于一个2 MW的风电机组,弃风限电会导致发电系统整体GHG排放在一个生命周期碳排放比不弃风的情景增加2.3×104t CO2e.因此在进行各区域风电建设规划时,应当将其作为风力资源的一个校正因素纳入考虑.%Life cycle energy demand and greenhouse gas(GHG)emission of a wind farm was calculated using life cycle inventory representing the state-of-art techniques in China. Wind farm generation amount in system was calculated by simulation based on measured data of a wind farm at Inner Magnolia. The energy return on invest and GHG emission of the wind farm with and without wind power curtailment was compared. The results indicated:manufacturing stage contributes most to the GHG emission and energy demand of wind farm. The disposal stage have an energy-saving and emission-reduction because of the recycle of materials at this stage. GHG emission inten-sity of wind power is less than 1% of thermal power. Power generation system's GHG emission at scenario with wind power curtailment is 23 thousand ton CO2e higher than that without wind power curtailment. Therefore,wind power curtailment should be taken into consideration as an correction factor in wind energy planning.
