螺旋缠绕式圆筒型蜂窝吸能特性研究

         

摘要

提出了一种螺旋缠绕式结构的圆筒型蜂窝,应用MSC.patran软件对该种结构的圆筒型蜂窝进行轴向静态压缩的仿真计算.仿真研究发现螺旋缠绕式圆筒型蜂窝在压缩过程中受力稳定、变形均匀,并无明显的开裂现象.采用500 t压力机对螺旋缠绕式圆筒型蜂窝进行准静态压缩实验,实验结果与仿真计算结果吻合良好,验证了仿真计算的正确性;并且实验得出平均应力、压缩行程比以及体积比吸能均优于普通六边形蜂窝,进而验证了圆筒型蜂窝的优良吸能特性,该结构可以作为一种理想的缓冲吸能材料,为轨道交通领域追求轻量化、小型化的被动安全设计提供技术参考.%A kind of spiral winding honeycomb structure which is called cylindrical honeycomb is proposed.The process of cylindrical honeycomb compression is simulated by using software MSC.patran under quasi-static compression.The result indicates that the deformation of cylindrical honeycomb is smooth and the loading capacity is steady.There is no crack phenomenon on the surface of cylindrical honeycomb.The quasi-static compression experiment of cylindrical honeycomb is conducted on the 500 t pressing machine.The experimental result is in good agreement with simulation's which verified the correctness of the simulation.Meanwhile the experimental result of mean stress,compression stroke ratio and energy absorption-volume ratio is better than regular hexagon honeycomb,all of that verify the excellent performance of cylindrical honeycomb as ideal energy absorbing material.Basis was provided for the pursuit of lightweight and miniaturized passive safety design,as well as establishes theoretical foundation and technical reference in the field of rail transport.
