壁面粗糙度对直升机粒子分离器性能影响的数值研究

         

摘要

采用计算流体力学方法,通过不同壁面粗糙度布置,对直升机粒子分离器无叶片三维流道进行详细的模拟分析.结果表明:壁面粗糙的变化对分离效率影响较小,但会导致流道总压损失的增大.靠近流道出口壁面对流道损失的影响要比靠近进口处大,其中对主流道总压损失影响最严重的是主流道的外壁面.不同的粗糙度分布,对流场的影响也不一样;而且壁面的粗糙度对近壁面流场有影响,还会通过累积影响到远离壁面的流场.%Computational fluid dynamics method,different arrangement of wall roughness on a bladeless helicopter particle separator,three-dimensional flow path simulation and detail analysis were used.The results show:Increased wall roughness has no effect on the separation efficiency,but it will lead to the total pressure loss of flow path increases.Near the outlet wall roughness impact significantly larger than that near the inlet,wherein the total pressure loss of the main channel most affected is the outer wall of the main channel.The different distribution of roughness,the influences on the flow field are not the same.And not only on the wall surface roughness impact the flow field near the wall,but also away from the wall by the cumulative effect of the flow field.
