新型缓蚀剂在化工设备安全方面实验研究与应用

         

摘要

The new corrosion inhibitor Anti-C was develop for the serious corrosion phenomenon in chemical equipment during chemical production process and its threat to the equipment safety .Through the dynamic weightlessness experiment of traditional corrosion inhibitor and Anti -C corrosion inhibitor, it shows that Anti-C could decrease the corrosion rate by 66%.It could be included that the best concentration of Anti -C is 150 mg/L and the effectiveness of Anti-C decreases by the temperature and pressure decrease .Application of Anti-C in chemical production process is very good.It could ensure the safety of chemical equipment .%针对化工生产过程中化工设备腐蚀现象严重,直接威胁到化工设备的安全问题,开发新型缓蚀剂 Anti-C。通过动态失重实验对比传统缓蚀剂与 Anti-C 缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果,发现 Anti-C 缓蚀剂能够使腐蚀速率降低66%。实验对比发现,Anti-C缓蚀的最佳使用浓度为150 mg/L,随着温度和压力的上升,Anti-C 缓蚀剂的效果逐渐变差,但是变差的趋势变缓。实际应用中,Anti-C 缓蚀化工设备效果明显,能够有效保护化工设备安全。
