耐高温型气井泡沫排水剂的研制与性能评价

         

摘要

对一种发泡剂主剂月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱 (LAB) 与两种发泡剂辅剂十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS) 、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺 (LAO) 进行复配, 得到气井泡沫排水剂配方.并评价其静态发泡能力与动态携液能力, 结果为质量分数70%的LAB与质量分数30%的SDS形成的发泡剂罗氏泡高138mm, 搅拌泡沫体积480mL、半衰期520s;在通气量为8L/min的条件下对w (凝析油) =10%的地层水携液量达到82g.通过实验研究了不同w (凝析油) 与不同w (发泡剂) 的携液量之间关系, 确定了在w (发泡剂) =2%、w (凝析油) =40%条件下携液量达到75g.并且研究了通气量与携液量之间的关系, 确定了当通气量达到8~10L/min时泡沫排水剂的携液量可达到最佳.最后发泡剂经过120℃老化12h之后仍可保持原有性能基本不变, 可满足吉林油田气井泡沫排水使用要求.%A main foaming agent, lauryl propyl propyl betaine (LAB), and two blowing agent adjuvants, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and lauramide propyl amine oxide (LAO) are compounded to obtain a gas well foam drainage formulation, and its static foaming ability and dynamic liquid carrying capacity were evaluated.The results show that the foaming agent with 70% LAB and 30% SDS has138 mm foam height with ROSS-Miles equipment;stirring foam volume can reach 480 mL, the half life of foam is 520 s.When the ventilation volume is 8 L/min the liquid carrying capacity of the 10%condensate oil content reached 82 g.It was determined that the mass fraction of the blowing agent reached2%and the liquid carrying amount of 75 g could be achieved under the condition of 40% condensate.Meanwhile, the relationship of gas flow and liquid carrying mass is also studied, and the optimized gas flow for foam drainage is 8~10 L/min.The foam drainage agent can retain the performance after 120℃aging for 12 h, these performances can satisfy the requirements for gas well foam drainage in Jilin Oil Field.
