固相/水解法解聚木质素磺酸盐研究

         

摘要

By solid phase/hydrolysis method on conversion of lignosulfonate,the effect of alkali amount and depolymerization temperature on the yield of liquid was studied.The results showed a high liquid yield was acquired by the solid phase/hydrolysis method,which increased with the increase of the alkali amount and temperature.The liquid yield was up to 48.39% under the alkali content of 0.4 g/mL and the temperature at 200 ℃.At the same time,the increase of degree of lignin fragmentation and the open channels were observed by SEM.The results of FTIR showed that the content of hydroxyl groups increased in the liquid phase,and the products were mainly phenols and ester compounds by the qualitative analysis of GC-MS.The relative content of each product was determined by peak area nor-malization method,the result showed that relative content of phenolic compounds was up to 60.8%, and the relative content of guaiacol-type phenolic compounds reached 38%.Thus,the proper control of temperature and alkali amount is in favour of improving the liquid yield and directional preparation of phenolic compounds.%采用固相/水解法对木质素磺酸盐解聚转化,研究了碱量和解聚温度对液相产物产率的影响.结果表明,固相/水解法具有较高的液相产物产率,增大碱量提高温度可有效提高液相产物产率,在ρ(NaOH)=0 .4 g/mL、200 ℃条件下液相产物产率高达48 .39%.通过SEM 观察到木质素磺酸盐碎片化程度增大,开放性孔道增多.FTIR表征结果表明液相产物中羟基含量增加,GC-MS定性分析表明产物主要是酚类、酯类化合物.采用峰面积归一化法确定各产物的相对含量,研究结果表明酚类化合物的相对含量高达60.8%,其中愈创木酚型酚类化合物相对含量达到38%,因此适当控制温度和碱量有利于提高液相产物产率、定向制取酚类化合物.
