浅析如何对建设工程项目造价进行有效控制

摘要

近年来,随着国民经济的快速、稳定、健康发展,国家正逐年加大投资力度,建设的投入加大,步伐加快,建筑业作为主要的物质生产部门和基础产业正迅速崛起。为使基本建设造价管理工作适应市场经济发展的需要,必须改进老一套的概、预算制度,实行动态管理。本文结合工程实践提出了粗浅的看法。%In recent years,with the national economy,fast,stable and healthy development of the country is gradually increased investment,construction investment increased pace,as the main construction material production sectors and basic industries are rapidly emerging.To enable the management of capital construction cost to meet the market needs of economic development,must be improved overview of the same old budget system,the implementation of dynamic management.This engineering practice made superficial view.
