博客在个人教育知识管理中的应用探微

摘要

This paper explores BLOG's internal architecture of knowledge management,and puts forward the abstract logical process of knowledge transfer, generation, acquisition, and use in BLOG: the transformation of knowledge spiral in BLOG. In order to improve the effectiveness education knowledge management in BLOG, facilitate learning and improve performance.%本文通过对若干个典型的、有代表性的教育博客群、教师博客、专家博客的专访,发掘其知识管理的内在架构。提出了博客中知识转移和产生、获取、利用的抽象逻辑流程：博客的知识转化螺旋。旨在提高博客中教育知识管理的效用,以促进学习和提高绩效。
