灵活接地方式在20k V配电网中的应用

         

摘要

采用灵活接地方式充分利用了消弧线圈接地与小电阻接地两种接地方式的特点,使瞬时单相接地短路故障和永久性单相接地短路故障能分别对待。当发生瞬时单相接地短路故障时,通过消弧线圈灭弧;当发生永久性单相接地短路故障时,先由消弧线圈灭弧,运行一段时间后投入接地电阻,跳开故障线路,大大提高了20kV配电网改造过程中供电的可靠性。%By making full use of the characteristics of both arc suppression coil grounding and small resistance one, the author adopts a flexible grounding method to distinguish the single-phase grounding fault transient and permanent single-phase grounding fault, which thus can be treated separately. When the instantaneous single-phase grounding fault occurs, the arc suppression coil can be used to arcing. When permanent single-phase grounding fault occurs, the arc suppression coil can be used first to arcing, and after its running for a period of time, grounding resistance can be adopted. By avoiding the fault lines, the reliability of power supply in the process of the 20 kV distribution network reconstruction will be improved greatly.
