价值工程在禾山水库工程施工组织设计中的应用

In this paper, considering the m ain problem s of H eshan reservoir engineering construction project m anagem ent, the value and significance of the application of value engineering in w ater conservancy and hy-dropow er construction projectm anagem entare pointed out.W ith value engineering application in construction or-ganization design,the resulthas dem onstrated thatthe value ofengineering application in the projectm anagem ent ofw aterconservancy and hydropow erengineering have broughtgreateconom ic and socialbenefits.%　　本文结合禾山水库工程施工项目管理的主要问题，指出了价值工程应用于水利水电施工项目管理中的价值和意义。通过价值工程在施工组织设计的实际应用，证明了价值工程应用于水利水电工程项目管理中将产生巨大的经济和社会效益。
