信息化环境下高职院校教师业务档案管理策略

With the rapid development of the information technology and the in depth construction of voca-tional colleges, the traditional archive management for teachers archives cannot meet the needs of college work. Relying on the Internet and campus network, we upgrade the teacher service file management mode, promote the informatization and build a digital resources sharing platform.%随着信息化技术的迅速发展与高职院校内涵建设的深入，传统的教师业务档案管理模式已远远不能满足高校各项工作的需要，依托于互联网和校园网，创新教师业务档案管理模式，推进信息化建设，构建数字资源共享平台迫在眉睫。
