一元整体回归法在建筑企业经营决策中的应用

摘要

To ensure a construction enterprise obtains certain annual earnings, and forecast the minimum an-nual income in the next year is the key step for business owners to make reasonable business decisions. This paper establishes the unary total linear regression model between corporate earnings and incomes, estimates the model parameters by using the total least squares method, and forecasts the minimum annual income according to the ex-pected corporate earnings.%要保证企业获得指定年收益,预测企业来年最低收入,是企业经营者做出合理决策的关键.本文建立企业收益与收入之间的一元整体回归函数模型,用整体最小二乘法估计模型参数,根据企业希望收益预测其最低年收入.
