航空制造企业数字化质量管理研究

摘要

Quality management,one of the core business in aviation manufacturing enterprises,covers the whole life cycle from product design,purchase,workmanship and manufacturing to after-sales service. Aiming at the character-istics of the current quality management system of aviation manufacturing enterprises,this paper describes the posi-tion,the overall goal and the goal of the digital quality management in the enterprise informationization. At the same time,by taking a large aviation manufacturing enterprise as the background,the paper puts forward the establishment of a set of integrated quality system (IQS) with special emphasis on the integration of PDM,CAPP,MES,ERP, TDM and other systems.%质量管理是航空制造企业核心业务之一，它覆盖了从产品的设计、采购、工艺、制造到售后服务的全生命周期。本文针对当前航空制造企业质量管理体系的特点，描述数字化质量管理在企业信息化建设中的位置、总体目标及分解目标。同时，以某大型航空制造企业为背景，构建了一套集成质量系统，分析了其与PDM、CAPP、MES、ERP、TDM等系统的集成关系。
