山东省高校服务地方经济发展现实着力点研究

摘要

Universities have become increasingly prominent function to serve the local economic development with the development of market economy. Universities in Shandong should clear about the development orientation, firmly establish the concept of serving the local economic development, set up communication between universities and enterprises, innovate school-enterprise cooperation mode, and explore combination of industry, instruction & research with long-acting mechanism, strengthen discipline construction, develop innovation function of science and technology to improve involvement and contribution rate of the economic development, and mine an important role in association with innovation, for economy development to provide the support for science and technology.%　　随着市场经济的发展，高校为地方经济发展服务的功能日益凸显。山东省高校要想成为区域经济又好又快发展的“智力引擎”和“加速器”，必须明确发展定位，牢固树立服务地方经济发展的理念；架设沟通高校与企业之间的桥梁，创新校企合作模式；探索产学研结合的长效机构，发挥产学研战略联盟的作用；加强高校优势学科群建设，整合学科优势资源形成显著生产力；发挥高校科技创新功能，提高对经济发展的介入度和贡献率；挖掘高校在协同创新中的重要作用，为经济发展提供科技支撑。
