矿业权取得与矿业权市场准入资格探讨

Obtain mining rights is to obtain the right to use mineral resources, mining rights market access qualification is to mining rights people need to have the relevant qualifications laws and regulations, the two are different, our law does not make a strict distinction, in this paper, on the obtain mining rights and mining rights market access qualifications are discussed, and the relationship between the two are discussed.%矿业权取得是获得矿产资源使用权，矿业权市场准入资格是指要成为矿业权人需要具备法律法规规定的相关资质条件，两者是不同的，我国法律没有对此做出严格的区分，本文就矿业权取得与矿业权市场准入资格进行了探讨，并对二者的关系进行了论述。
