资源管理过程、创业导向与中小企业绩效关系研究

摘要

Entrepreneurial orientation plays an important role in the development of the enterprise, it is an important driving force for the growth of SMEs. This article focus on moderating role of entrepreneurial orientation in resource management process and performance of SMEs. The study sample of 203 SMEs in our country, proposed and tested three hypotheses:(1) EO plays a significant moderating role between resource acquisition and performance of SMEs;(2) EO plays a significant moderating role between resource integration and performance of SMEs;(3) EO plays a significant moderating role between resource utilization and performance of SMEs;To test the hypothesis by SPSS19.0, results showed that:entrepreneurial orientation played a partly role in moderating the relationship between resource management process and performance of SMEs.%资源管理是中小企业发展的基础，创业导向是中小企业成长的重要推动力量，它们与企业绩效的关系在资源和创业领域一直备受关注。本文基于203家中小企业，探究创业导向在资源管理过程与中小企业绩效关系中的影响和作用机制，分析结果显示：创业导向在资源获取与中小企业绩效之间起到显著的调节作用；在资源整合与中小企业绩效关系中影响不显著；在资源利用与中小企业绩效关系中影响也不显著。基于以上发现，本文进行了分析讨论并给出了对管理实践的启示，试图为解释我国中小企业的创业战略决策提供理论和实证支持。
