Standardizing the work of accepting cases is of great significance to timely filing and investigation, as well as standardizing law enforcement activities, and is also the proper meaning of legitimate rights protection of the masses. At this stage, there are problems in the work of accepting cases, such as the buck passing by the police station and the difficulty in filing economic cases. The causes of the problems are not only the lack of subjective cognition and knowledge reserve, but also the lack of objective police force and supervision. This article analyzes the causes of the problems from the phenomena, and puts forward suggestions for further improvement and perfection of the acceptance of cases.%规范受案工作对于及时立案并开展调查, 以及规范执法活动有着重要意义, 也是保护群众合法权利的应有之义.现阶段, 受案工作存在诸如派出所推诿受理、经济案件难以受案和立案等问题, 导致问题产生的原因既有主观上认识错误、知识储备不足等, 又有客观上警力不足、监督不够等.本文拟从现象入手分析产生问题的原因, 并有针对性地提出进一步改进和完善受立案工作的建议.
