浅谈LK13．5m双跨桥式螺旋卸车机在生产实际中的改进

The author briefly introduced main technical parameters of double span bridge screw unloader, and analyzed reasons of frequent faults of car unloader, sight dead zone, faults of security chains box and inefficiency of production. Then, the author put forward improvement measures, and introduced using effects, economic effectiveness and social effect after improvement as well as advantages compared with similar equipments.%简要介绍了双跨桥式螺旋卸车机的主要技术参数，详细分析了卸车机滑道故障频繁、驾驶室视线盲区、卸车机螺旋旋转链条的防护链盒故障以及生产能力不足等问题的原因，分别给出了改进措施，并介绍了改进后的使用效果、经济效益和社会效益以及与同类设备比较的优势。
