The paper was expounded implication and classification of science and technology services industry, and researched significance of science and technology services industry in transition development, industrial adjustment, achievements transfor-mation and system reform of Shanxi province.%　　阐述了科技服务业的含义和分类，研究了科技服务业在山西省转型发展中产业调整、科技成果转化、科技体制改革等方面的重要作用。
