采暖系统在投入运行前及运行过程中，由于受诸多因素的影响，即使有良好的设计和正确的施工，也仍然会有许多用户的室温达不到设计温度的要求。本文针对热水采暖系统常见的系统回水温度过低或过高、系统水力失调等故障进行了分析，结合多年的采暖设计施工及实践经验，总结出正确的解决方法和需要具备的技术条件，为确保供热系统的正常运行和节能降耗打下坚实的基础。%Influenced by many factors, the room temperature can not meet the design requirements even the design and con struction of heating system is correct. A few kinds of common failures of hot water heating system such as higher or lower temperature of return water and hydraulic imbalance are analysed in this paper. Combined with the construction practice, the paper puts forward proper methods and technical requirements to resolve problems. It can ensure the normal operation of the heating system and lay a good foundation for energy conservation.
