井下变频恒压供水系统研制

     

摘要

The article develops a constant pressure water supply system in underground by using variable frequency, which can effectively solve the problems of pressure and flow rate unstable by traditional static pressure method, equipment start fre-quently and waste of electricity. The paper designs constant pressure water supply system by installing an explosion protection frequency converter and PLC control that can achieve constant pressure and traffic adaptive, and achieve the aim of energy saving and reducing the equipment maintenance as well as reducing the worker labor intensity. The system has the advantages of operation reliable, control flexible and self protection function, and has variety of auxiliary functions that enhance the relia-bility of the system.%  文章研制的是一种井下变频恒压供水系统,该系统有效地解决了传统静压供水方式中压力和流量不能给定、设备启动频繁、浪费电能等问题。设计了一种防爆变频器和PLC控制可实现恒定压力、流量自适应控制的恒压供水系统,实现了节约能源及减少设备维修保养、工人劳动强度的目的,该系统具备运行可靠、控制灵活、自我保护功能完善等优点,并具有多种辅助功能,增强了系统的可靠性。
