石灰烟道气法盐泥制备氯化钙技术研究

摘要

文章从盐泥物化性质分析的基础上,针对制盐企业石灰烟道气法卤水净化盐泥资源的综合利用问题,通过改善制备工艺和装置,验证了盐泥替代石灰石粉作为制备氯化钙原料的可行性,实现了变废为宝、节能减排的目标.%Based on analysis of physical and chemical properties of the salt mud,according to comprehensive utilization of salt mud in lime-flue gas process,the feasibility of salt mud instead of limestone powder as raw material to prepare calcium chloride is verified by improving the preparation process and the device.The target of changing waste into valuable and saving energy,reducing pollution is realized.
