Deep roadway is affected by high geo-stress, high temperature and many other factors, which leads to slow tunneling speed, high labor intensity and poor operating environment. With the advantage of tunneling-anchoring-shielding process mechanization and continuous characteristics, the field test was carried out in Chengjiao Coal Mine and the main restraint factors of speedy drivage was analyzed, thence, a series of process optimization schemes were proposed. As a result, the driving speed increased by 31.7% , drivage efficiency and anchoring quality were improved, and work environment and safety were also ameliorated.%深部巷道受高地应力、高地温等因素影响,存在巷道掘进速度慢、劳动强度高、作业环境差等问题.基于城郊矿利用掘锚护一体机掘、锚、护工艺机械化和连续化特点,分析了快速掘进主要制约因素,提出了快速掘进工序优化方案,掘进速度提高了31.7%,提高了掘进工效及锚杆支护质量,改善了巷道掘进支护作业环境和安全性.
