大采高工作面过断层采动应力演化与顶板稳定性研究

             

摘要

Numerical simulation was used to study the stress evolution of surrounding rock when large mining height working face passed through a fault, and the stress around the fault and the abutment pressure with the advancing of working face were analyzed; structural characteristics of roof of large mining height working face during passing through a fault were compared to that of normal mining height working face and non-fault large mining height working face. The stability of roof was analyzed when working face passed though a fault, and the possible failure types were pointed out. Grouting measures to improve the stability of the roof were proposed, and the field application shows that the coal pillar has good stability during passing through the fault, and the roof is stability. There is no abnormal load and damage on supports, and the roof can be controlled well.%运用数值模拟研究了大采高工作面过断层期间围岩应力演化,分析了断层周围应力和工作面前方支承应力随推进的变化;分析了大采高工作面过断层与一般采高工作面过断层、正常回采期间工作面顶板结构特征;分析了过断层期间顶板稳定性,指出了顶板可能发生的失稳类型,提出了注浆加固煤柱来提高顶板稳定性的措施.实践表明:注浆加固后过断层期间煤柱具有较好的承载能力,顶板完整性较好,支架未出现异常的载荷及破坏,能够较好的控制顶板.
