借鉴质量管理模式 规范实验教学管理

摘要

This article supports some ways to reinforce the teaching administration in labora-tories. They are making use of the model quality control in modern enterprise managementfor reference, improving the overall quality of experiment instructors, by means of formulat-ing and perfecting the rules and regulations for various experiment teaching administration tostrengthen their manipulation, adopting all kinds of standardized experiment teaching tracingforms to strengthen traceableness. All these also play a promotive and positive role in deve-loping student's rigorous style of doing scientific research.%借鉴现代企业的质量管理模式，通过提高实验指导教师的整体素质，制定和完善各类实验教学管理制度和规程，增强其可操作性；采用各类规范化的实验教学跟踪表格，增加其可追溯性。以此加强实验室的教学管理，这对培养学生严谨的科研作风也起到了积极的促进作用。
