实验动物供求特点与管理对策的探讨

摘要

由于实验动物的生产供应和教学科研在医药院校各有其自身特点和规律,掌握这些规律,做到有计划生产,合理调剂,保证质量,是实验动物管理工作者的中心内容.本文结合我校工作实际,就实验动物的供求特点及相应的对策和措施探讨.%This paper takes the relative quantitative method of SYBR? Green I as an example,designing an experimet whose aim is to detect the gene silencing effect of HIV-1 vpr specific siRNAs with model Mx3000P instrument. How to prepare the samples and how to set up the detection program and parameters were presented. The analysis method was introduced with the use of dissociation cure and amplification plots. The importance of overall experiment design, primer design,the optimization of PCR reaction system and appropriated internal control was emphasized.
