结合实验教学实践,论述了如何利用实验课的优势,探讨在培养学生的创新精神,掌握科学的实验方法,提高实验技能,养成严肃认真、实事求是的工作作风等方面的一些措施和方法.既要充分发挥基础实验课的优势,使学生从实践-认识-实践,全方位提高学生的素质和能力；又要把“实验教学中心”建设成一个能够培养出具有开拓意识和创新精神的并能适应和推动社会发展的“德才兼备”的合格人才的基地.%Laboratory in universities is an important base for teaching and researching. Based on the experimental teaching practice, this thesis discussed how to cultivate the students' innovative spirit and help them master the scientific experimental methods, develop their experimental skills, and foster a rigorous and down-to-earth working style in them. It suggests that, we should not only make full play of the advantage of basic experimental class so as to promote the comprehensive quality and ability of students through a practice-learning-practice process, but also develop the "experiment teaching center" into a base that would be able to create tatents who would well adapt to and promote the development of the sociaty, having both ability and political integrity, and pioneering and innovative consciousness.
