基于树莓派的航空维修质量检查手持终端开发

         

摘要

为解决航空领域存在的维修质量检查工作不到位进而导致安全性事件的问题,根据持续适航思想和安全管理体系要求,开发了一套基于树莓派的航空维修质量检查手持终端,通过读取数据,实时更新数据库,各级检查人员能够快速显示飞机的维修质量检查要素以指导检查过程;基于RFID的位置识别与基于指纹识别技术,实现了各类人员权限和飞机身份验证及位置识别,通过现场照相和信息记录模块,实现了检查记录的可追溯,为检查人员提供信息化支持并能实现对检查人员工作完成情况的监管.结合实际工作改进完善后,该设备可以满足民航机种较多的使用要求,也能保证并记录检查人员的工作情况,从而达到检查和提升航空维修质量的目的.%To solve the safety problems resulted from the weakness existed in aeronautical maintenance quality inspection,according to continue airworthiness ideology and requirement of safety management system,the authors developed a set of handheld aeronautical maintenance quality inspection equipment.By means of reading data,updating the database in real time,all inspectors with different levels can review the maintenance quality inspection factors and instruct the maintaining process rapidly.Based on the position and fingerprint identification of RFID,the functions of identifying personal status and position and authentication of aircraft are achieved.By using scene photography and information record module,the traceability of the check records is realized,information support for inspectors is provided,and the supervising of the performance of work of inspectors is also achieved.After completion of the produce combined with work experience,this equipment can meet various requirements of civil aircraft,can also record the performance of work of inspectors,thereby it achieved the purpose of checking and improving the quality of aeronautical maintenance.
