高速切削条件下HSK与BT工具系统仿真实验比较分析

     

摘要

阐述了HSK与BT工具系统的结构特点和工作原理,从比较分析研究的角度出发,基于NX Nastran仿真平台,以HSK-A32刀柄和BT-40两种典型刀柄为代表,仿真实验了两种工具系统在高速加工条件下径向膨胀及轴向位移的情况,并对所得到的数据进行了比较分析.实验结果表明,HSK工具系统在径向膨胀及轴向位移等高速切削性能方面优于BT工具系统,为更进一步研究和推广应用HSK工具系统提供了数据支持.%The structure characteristics and working principle of HSK and BT tool systems were expounded.From the perspective of comparative analysis,based on the NX Nastran platform,this paper took HSK-A32 and BT-40,two typical tool holders,as representatives to study radial expansion and axial displacement in high speed cutting conditions by simulation experimented.The data obtained were compared and analyzed.The experimental result indicated that the HSK tool system was better than BT tool system in radial expansion and axial displacement in high speed cutting.Data provided take support for further research and application of HSK tool system.
