中国在工业化进程中应该如何进行农业调整--来自韩国的经验启示

摘要

With the development of economy,there is a gap that exists between agriculture sector and nonagricultural sector,which hurts the profit of agriculture industry.How to protect agriculture during the industrialization is the central content of agriculture reform.Based on the framework of agriculture adjustment theory,the paper uses Republic of Korea as an example,investigates the generality characteristic of developed countries,discusses the paradox between theory and reality,summarizes the reasonable policy,and generates enlightenment to the developing countries as China.%随着工业化进程的不断深入，农业部门的收入逐步降低，非农部门的收入则日趋走高，致使农业部门利益受损。因此，如何在工业化进程中有效地保护和支持农业，即进行有效的农业调整，便成为各国开展农业改革的核心议题。本文在构建农业调整理论框架的基础上，以韩国为例，探究了发达国家在农业调整过程中的异同点，解释了“人口转移陷阱”产生的原因。在此基础上，归纳了各国在农业调整过程中的有效做法，最后就中国如何开展农业调整工作提出了经验启示。
