基于转盘式厌氧消化气体测试装置的有机酸产气试验分析

         

摘要

Based on the development of rotary gas-produced capacity testing equipment, one factorial experiment was designed and activated sludge was inoculated. According to this equipment, gas-produced capacity were measured under condition of adding acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid under temperature condition, and then the variation of measuring data was analyzed. The results showed that this equipment is superior to other commonly used equipments on monitoring the gas production capacity. The advantages are as follows: the standard deviation between repeated measurement data is small; it can carry out one experiment consisting of 100 independent trials, so the capacity of mass processing is strong. Furthermore, on the substrates of organic acids, the gas-produced capacity of acetic acid and butyric acid is stronger than that of tpropionic acid, both daily and accumulative biogas production at the concentration of 2 g/L and 4 g/L are more than other concentrations.%在开发的转盘式厌氧消化气体测试装置的基础上,设计了单因素方差试验.在中温条件下,以活性污泥为接种物,分别以乙酸、丙酸和丁酸为发酵原料,利用该装置对3种有机酸的产气能力进行了测试,并对测试效果进行了初步分析.结果表明,该装置对厌氧发酵产气能力的监测效果明显优于其它常用装置,主要表现在:平行测量数据的标准偏差小,监测数据重复性好 ;一次试验能处理100组厌氧反应,批量处理能力强.另外得出,有机酸作底物时,乙酸和丁酸的累积产气能力要远大于丙酸,其浓度为2 g/L和4g/L时,日产气量和累积产气量要明显高于其它浓度处理.
