基于场论的槽式太阳能集热管热流密度模拟

         

摘要

In this paper,the heat flux of solar trough collectors has been simulated based on field theory and COMSOL.Combined with the Illuminated Surface Theory,the process of the ray transmission from the light source to the concentrator has been simplified which greatly saved computing resources.In addition,the simulation results have been compared with Jeter's result and the result of the Monte Carlo ray tracing method.The comparison result shows that the simulation result of using field theory is better than the result of using Monte Carlo ray tracing method,which is more close to Jeter's result.After that,the heat flux of LS-3 solar trough collectors has been simulated with different rim angle and the result shows that with the increase of rim angle the heat flux distribution became more uniform and the peak value went smaller.%文章运用场论的方法并结合COMSOL软件模拟了槽式太阳能集热管的聚光特性,结合受照面理论,简化了光线从光源传播到聚光器的过程,极大地节省了计算资源.同时将模拟结果与Jeter的模拟结果以及蒙特卡洛光线追踪法的模拟结果进行了对比分析.分析结果表明,使用场论方法的模拟结果优于蒙特卡洛光线追踪法的模拟结果,使用场论方法的模拟结果与Jeter的模拟结果更为接近.文章还对LS-3型槽式太阳能集热管在不同边界角θrim下的聚光特性进行了模拟与分析.模拟与分析的结果表明,边界角θrim越大,LS-3型集热管外热流密度分布越均匀,该集热管外热流密度峰值越小.
