主动配电网下多微电网间功率协调优化研究

         

摘要

高渗透率分布式电源以多个微电网集群形式接入配电网,配电网对分布式电源主动控制与管理是智能电网的发展趋势.文章以区域配电网中多个微电网为研究对象,分析了多微电网接入主动配电网的方式及拓扑结构,提出了一种基于熵值的多微网功率协调优化模型,并采用分层的控制结构实现优化模型.采用一种基于量子编码的粒子群算法对模型求解,通过算例计算分析,验证了文章所提方法的正确性和有效性.%With the increasing of distributed generation penetration in distribution system, multiple microgrids may coexist in a regional distribution system and the coordinated control and energy mutual transmission between each microgrid began to cause widespread concern. This paper analysis and put forward the typical characteristics and topology of multi-microgrids, which takes the PCC point exchange power fluctuation of multi-microgrid as target. To describe the fluctuation quantify, this establish the entropy model of multi-microgrids PCC exchange power, and then using a quantum particle optimization (Quantum Particle Optimization, QPSO) to solve the dynamic model. Finally, the simulation example of multi-microgrids verifies the correctness and effectiveness of proposed method.
