准开关升压型逆变器的最大调制比输出电压反馈线性化滑模控制

         

摘要

准开关升压型逆变器在输入电压受到干扰时,系统会出现负向超调以及振荡.文章提出一种基于最大调制比输出电压反馈线性化滑模控制的准开关升压型逆变器.最大调制比输出电压控制能够保证交流输出电压质量,同时,可以降低器件的电压应力;反馈线性化简化滑模系数的设定;滑模控制可以削弱qSBI的非最小相位特性,降低负向超调以及振荡.仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性.%The advantages in Z-source inverter are inherited by quasi-Switched Boost Inverter (qSBI). The complexity and cost are simplified in qSBI. Therefore, qSBI is suitable for low power consumption. However, boost network of qSBI is a non minimum phase system. When the input voltage is disturbed, there will be negative overshoot and oscillation in the system. Thus, the maximum modulation ratio control based on sliding model with feedback linearization for output voltage in qSBI is proposed in this paper. Compared with the common DC link peak voltage control, the maximum modulation ratio control for output voltage is to ensure the quality of AC output voltage and make the voltage stress of the device lower. Sliding mode control can weaken the non minimum phase property of qSBI and reduce the negative overshoot and oscillation. The feedback linearization will simplify the setting of the sliding mode coefficient. The results of simulation verify the validity of the method.
