基于超级电容的风光互补反渗透水处理系统的设计

         

摘要

为降低风/光供能波动对水处理反渗透膜组件的危害,设计了基于超级电容的风光互补反渗透水处理系统.超级电容阵列作为缓冲装置加入供电电路中,以化解前端的电压波动,又能为后端水处理模块提供稳定的输出电压;根据水处理模块的运行特点,设计了合理的控制策略,解决该模块与供能及储能模块的供求不匹配问题;利用atmega328p-au单片机以及树莓派(raspberry pi B+)等硬件设备,实现各模块参数的在线显示与实时控制,数据的采集、转换、存储及远程监控.%To relieve the damage of the fluctuation of wind-solar energy supply to the reverse osmosis membrane module of water treatment system, a reverse osmosis water treatment system driven by super capacitors-based wind-solar complementary power supply was designed. The super capacitor array is added into the supply circuit as a buffer device, in order to resolve the voltage fluctuation of power supply as well as provide stable output voltage to the water process module. Reasonable control strategies were designed according to the operating characteristics of the water process module, to match the power demand of water process module with the power supply of the supply module and storage module. Microcomputer atmega328p-au and a series of hard wares such as raspberry pi B+were employed and arranged to realize the online display and real-time monitoring of module parameters, the acquisition, conversion and storage of data, and remote monitoring of system.
