计及新能源电站参与的配电网全天无功计划

             

摘要

The new energy power station and var compensator are coordinated to formulate the all day optimal reactive power compensation scheme for distribution network. Due to the dynamic characteristics of distribution network load,the method of time decoupling is adopted to decompose one day into 24 time periods. A multi-stage power balance model is established by using the minimum active network loss as the objective function,and static reactive power optimization is performed for each time segment. The penalty function method to deal with voltage constraints, power constraints can simplify the model.Finally,the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the improved IEEE 33-bus system and the method of mathematical expectation is used to compare the voltage levels before and after optimization.The results show the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm.%文章针对新能源电站与无功补偿装置协调配合制定了配电网全天最优无功补偿方案.基于配电网负荷的动态特性,采取时间解耦的方法将一天分解为24个时段,以有功网损最小为目标函数建立了多级功率平衡模型.用罚函数法处理电压约束、功率约束问题,简化了模型,对每一时段进行静态无功优化.使用基于判断因子的自适应粒子群算法对改进的IEEE33节点系统进行求解,采用数学期望的方法对优化前后电压水平进行对比分析,结果表明,该模型是正确性的,采用的算法是可行性的.
