太阳能-相变蓄热蒸发型空气源热泵复合供热系统的设计

         

摘要

文章以山西省原平市某办公楼为研究对象,利用相变蓄热蒸发型空气源热泵技术,设计了一套具有双水箱的太阳能-相变蓄热蒸发型空气源热泵复合供热系统,并开发出一套与之相匹配的集散控制系统.该控制系统采用"一主四从"架构,以STM32F103微处理器为核心,实现对供热系统各个部件的监控.试验结果表明,在保证供热系统安全、稳定运行的前提下,控制系统提高了供热系统的能效比,实现了供热系统对用户端的全天候恒温供暖.%An office building in Shanxi,Yuanping taken as the object,this paper designs a double water tank type of solar assisted heat pump system for floor heating and develops a set of matching distributed control system based on the phase change heat storage evaporative air source heat pump technology. The automatic control system taking the STM32F103 microprocessor as the core adopts"one master-four slave"architecture to achieve each component monitoring of the heating system. The test results show that, under the premise of ensuring safe and stable operation of the system, the control system improves the energy efficiency ratio of the heating system, and implements the supply of the all-weather constant temperature heating for the heat consumers.
