高分辨率自主卫星数据在电子政务中的应用研究

摘要

The application fields of high-resolution autonomous satellite data have been searched; the service demand at different levels has been concluded as well as the demand for performance indicators has also quantitatively summarized. Based on these analyses and experiences in "Basic Information Database of Natural Resource and Geographic Space" , a remote-sensing information service infrastructure for E-government based on HR autonomous satellite data has been developed with its operation modes. Further development has also been devised. The research results have established a basis for further system development and operation,and also provided reference for other application systems of HR remote-sensing satellite data.%梳理了高分辨率自主卫星数据在电子政务中的应用方向,总结了不同层次的服务需求,定量地归纳了性能指标需求,在此基础上结合<自然资源和地理空间基础信息库>项目第一期的实践提出了一种基于高分辨率自主卫星数据的电子政务遥感信息服务体系框架及其工作模式,并对其后续建设的规划设计提出了思路.研究成果可为其他自主高分辨率遥感卫星数据应用系统建设提供了借鉴.
